Devias: scenery fixed on login

Logging in with a low-level character saved in Devias could display an empty background without the town. Login now keeps the map and position sent by the server.

The fix applies automatically when entering the game. In a local test session, a level 1 character entered Devias with scenery, guards and minimap and could walk. The image shows that demonstration session.

What changed

• Online login preserves the map authorized by the server.
• Fixed the mismatch that applied Devias coordinates to the Lumen map.
