Each class with its own gear, and Books for the Wizard

Each class now uses only its own gear. Knight: sword, axe, mace and greatsword, with a shield. Wizard: staff and wand, with a book. Elf: bow and crossbow, which take both hands. Gladiator: the Knight's weapons plus staff and wand, with a shield. Dark Lord: scepter, sword and mace, with a shield or the Dark Raven. Master classes follow their class's rule.

The Wizard gained six Books for the off-hand: Apprentice's Book, Bronze Grimoire, Runic Tome, Twilight Codex, Draconic Grimoire and Celestial Book. They raise magic damage and require level and Energy. A book only fits with a wand, because the staff takes both hands. On the hero, the book floats beside the Wizard, the Soul Master and the Grand Master, and other players see it too.

Every Wizard receives, once, an Apprentice's Book and an Ash Wand as a gift; they appear in the bag when you enter the game (or in the Vault if the bag is full). The other books are sold by Master Pásio in Pásio's Library, in the Village of Lumen and can also drop from monsters.

Items your class cannot use are shown in red, and the description lists which classes can use them. If your hero was wearing another class's item, it was moved to the bag or the Vault: nothing was deleted, and you can sell or trade it as usual.

The images show the actual game with test characters.
