Monsters with a new look and the Greenskin Goblin
Some of the game's monsters had a weak look and were too small. This is the first batch of redesigned monsters: each one got a new, bigger and more detailed design, with animations for standing, walking, attacking (or casting magic), getting hit and dying, seen from every side.
In the Aurora Fields, in the Raider Lands, the Orc Raider is now a real orc, with leather armour and a mace, and the Wandering Deserter became a runaway soldier with a shield and a sword.
In the Dark Swamp of the Deep Forest, Morwen, the Swamp Witch, now shows up with a staff and a cloak. In the Forgotten Crypt, Warlock Morvane is now a hooded sorcerer who casts purple magic.
In the Frozen Peaks, the Frost Knight, the Winter Demon and the Ice Giant were remade with ice armour and ice wings.
New monster: the Greenskin Goblin (level 8). It lives at the start of the Fairy Woods, near Noria's south gate, and in the Valley of the Standing Stones, east of the Aurora Fields. Its numbers are the same as the Thief Goblin's.
Only the look of the seven monsters changed: level, strength, XP and drops stay the same. The total number of monsters in the Fairy Woods and in the Valley of the Standing Stones is also the same; some of the spots now belong to the Greenskin Goblin.
More monsters will get a new look in the next updates.
The pictures below were taken in the game itself, on a test server, with a test hero.
