Noria and the Fairy Woods
Noria is here: the town of the elves, the fairies and the sprites, as in MU. The town sits inside a living hedge and is a safe zone: no monster gets in, there is no PvP, and your life and mana recover four times faster. In the middle stand the Mother Tree, the fountain, the sprites' mushroom houses and the flower gardens. The portal back to Lumen is in the northeast courtyard.
The Chaos Goblin moved from Lumen to Noria and took the Chaos Machine with him: that is where you now combine items and create or heal companions. On the square you also find Aerin, Vault Keeper: it is the same account Vault as in Lumen, so whatever you stored there is in Noria too. Lírien, the Elven Merchant, sells potions and the Return Scroll to everyone; to an Elf she also sells the Elf armor set, bows, crossbows, a few deals and the Elf skill scrolls. Nobody sells jewels, not even in Noria. Three Elven Sentinels guard the gates, and Druid Faelar, at the west gate, offers the daily hunt Peace in the Woods (one per day, from level 10). In the Village of Lumen, where the Goblin used to stand, Pip, the Goblin's Apprentice, now shows the way.
Outside the hedge lies the Fairy Woods, a hunting ground for levels 8 to 19: near the south gate the monsters are weak, and the deeper you go, the stronger they get. There live the Thief Sprite (level 8), the Giant Moth (11), the Hopping Mushroom (13), the Wild Fairy (16, which attacks from afar) and the Mossy Ent (19), more than 300 monsters in all. Far to the north lives the boss Bramblor, the Thorny Ent (level 22), who calls Mossy Ents to help him. If you die or use the Return Scroll in the Woods, you come back to Noria.
To get there, use the green Noria portal in the Village of Lumen: it stands next to the Aurora Fields portal, outside the east gate, and needs level 10. You can also travel with Selene in the Village of Lumen: talk to her (or, next to her, open the list with the M key) and pick Noria, which costs 2,000 Zen, from level 10. To go back to Lumen, use the portal in Noria's northeast courtyard.
