"Get VIP" tag beside the crown

The VIP crown is still in the same place, in the top-left corner of the screen. For players who do not have VIP yet, it now has a small gold tag right beside it, with the Silver VIP price.

Clicking the tag or the crown opens the VIP window (shortcut V), with the comparison between Silver VIP and Gold VIP, the prices and the way to buy.

Silver VIP and Gold VIP players do not see the tag: only the silver or gold crown with the days left shows, as before. If the VIP ends, the tag comes back. Active effects still show right after it.

What changed

Gold "Get VIP · US$15" tag beside the crown, only for players without VIP.
One click on the tag opens the VIP window (V).
Silver VIP and Gold VIP players still see only the crown with the days left.
